SaltX was founded by current Managing Director, Matt Morgan. Having studied business and behavioural science, he launched SaltX following 20 years of experience in commercial and large corporate businesses in a wide range of industries including telecoms, technology and pharmaceuticals. He’s a strategic, big picture thinker, generalist problem solver who loves to think disruptively and brings people together around a common vision.
Matt is chief consultant on all projects and selects from a broad team of expert collaborators to create a bespoke team to deliver exceptional solutions.
